Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS at current USPS rates. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders placed after 2 PM each weekday will be shipped the following shipping day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.

We are happy to offer free delivery in Spring Hill, TN. Orders will be placed at the front door.

PuddleDuck Studio|PuddleDuck Post|The Flourish Forum are not responsible for carrier shipping delays.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the time-sensitive nature of calendars, we do not accept returns on calendar products.

For other products, returns are accepted in the original packaging within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. Product(s) must be clean and undamaged. To request a return, please send us a message with the reason for the return via our contact page with your order number. Once we receive your return, you will be given a full refund (minus original shipping costs) but will incur a small 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of processing & repackaging. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing refunds after we receive your return. Refunds will be to the original payment method.

Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Refunds will not be given after purchase if a discount code is not used at time of purchase. Thank you.

We use this information for the purpose of activities related to your order, including status updates, notifications, and delivery. Further information may be collected on the site for survey purposes (with your express permission), request information, or order any Product(s). This information is entered completely voluntarily.

We do not share the email addresses or other personal information we collect through your online participation with any unaffiliated third parties. PuddleDuck Studio and its affiliates, web administrator, and third party auditors are the only entities who have access to this information.

We ask for permission via a checkbox on the order page to use your email to send newsletters or special offers from us. These email messages are completely optional. We do not give your email address to any outside entity. And you do not have to sign up for the e-newsletter in order to make a purchase or use the site.

We reserve the right to release any personal information from users who violate the terms of our policies or uses the website improperly or for fraudulent or illegal purposes. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PuddleDuck Studio/Puddleduck Post/The Flourish Forum, and its affiliations, owners, officers, employees, suppliers, and third party information providers from and against all losses, damages, and expenses, including, but not limited to, all reasonable attorney’s feels connected to any violations.
