Thanksgiving Table – Handmade placemats Tue, Nov 26, 2013 | 2 comments I am having so much fun! Made these handmade placemats for our Thanksgiving table. Bought a big roll of painter’s kraft paper. That stuff comes in handy! I have so much to be thankful for! I hope you all do as well. What ink are you using? I think I would cry with the first blob of gravy that dropped onto the flourishes. Happy Thanksgiving! Reply Erica on November 26, 2013 at 4:07 PM LOL! Thanks Lisa! I had to draw the flourishes with a fine point Sharpie! Which, naturally, took me three times as long. But when I have a vision in my head of what I want to do, I have to find a way! But it was nice and relaxing just drawing them and filling in the shade. The “Happy Thanksgiving” cards were done with FineTec gold paint (the third gold from the left). I LOVE them! They just sparkle and shine so nicely. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Reply Submit a Comment Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
